On September 29, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., Parks Bureau Deputy’s from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man for Indecent Exposure at Colonel Leon H. Washington Park.
At 8:00 a.m., Pablo Posas Reyes drove his vehicle next to the victim who was doing her Community Service at the park. Mr. Posas Reyes began conversing with the victim through the open driver’s door window. As she spoke to Mr. Posas Reyes, she saw that his penis was exposed. She ended the conversation and contacted Sheriff’s Department personnel who responded and placed the suspect under arrest.
Mr. Posas Reyes, resident of Cudahy, was booked at Century Sheriff Station and released on a Promise to Appear Citation.
